Frequently asked questions

1.  If the bill doesn’t have procedure codes, call the provider and request an invoice that includes codes.

2.  From the Aetna App, print or email the FOP the corresponding Explanation of Benefits (EOB) for the same dates of service.  Without these documents, we cannot move forward.

3.  Always check that the reason for non payment is “additional insurance”. If so, call Aetna and tell them you do not have any other insurance and to reprocess the claim.   

By law we cannot access your medical information.
